Can you provide an example of a time when you had to troubleshoot a technical issue during a project?
Candidate's Answer:One time we had a major technical issue when I was trying to run a jury in Visual Arts the jury was set to take place in Italy and of course our organization is US based the applications we had received from numerous video artists included video clips period And when we traveled to Italy it's only 24 hours to go before the jury I discovered that those video clips would not play in the EU because of a specific video Codec period we did not have much time to work with so I immediately got on the phone with our it manager despite the 6-hour time difference and worked with him into the small hours of morning to access the source code of the application program and find the individual video clips download them separately and then match them up with the applications by re-uploading them so that they could display properly the next day when we ran through the jury luckily I was able to get everything in good working order by the time the jury happened the next morning and the process proceeded smoothly
