These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Interview Plus web platform ("Platform"). You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the Platform.

User Accounts

You must create a user account in order to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure and for all activities that occur under your account. Any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security must be reported to Interview Plus immediately.

Subscription Plans

Interview Plus provides a variety of subscription plans, including a free plan with access to junior-level questions, as well as paid plans with access to mid and senior-level questions and number of free mock interviews. By purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Payment Transactions

All payment transactions are processed through the secure Stripe payment gateway. Interview Plus does not store or have access to your payment information.

Intellectual Property

Interview Plus owns the intellectual property for all content on the Platform, including questions, answers, and mock interviews. Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content.

User Content

You may submit content to the Platform, including questions and answers. You grant Interview Plus a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual licence to use, copy, modify, and distribute the content in any form or media by submitting it.

Prohibited Conduct

You are not permitted to use the Platform for any illegal or prohibited activities, including, but not limited to:

- Infringing on any applicable laws or regulations
- Sending any content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others
- Unauthorized access to the Platform or any user accounts
- Interfering with the Platform's operation or the enjoyment of any user of the Platform

Termination

Interview Plus reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time and for any reason. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform at any time without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and without any express or implied warranties. Interview Plus makes no guarantee that the Platform will meet your needs, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

Interview Plus will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, data, or other intangibles.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Interview Plus is registered without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

Changes to the Terms

Interview Plus reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to modify these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
