Can you explain your experience with HRIS systems and how you have utilized them in previous roles?

I have experience working in different hris system one of them is work day so I was in my previous role we were using workday as a hras system and over there we will put all the information for the employee and make sure that employ information is updated and we will keep record of employees profile in that system and it is also one of the system which we used for the policy and procedure and employees employees were given the task to complete and make sure we need to make sure that employees are following the policies and procedure and they are completing all the documentation that we need to do system so that's how we realized in my previous rule

Candidate's Answer:

I stay updated updated regarding HR regular rules and regulation through multiple things so I I attend few seminars I am also a current member of NPI National payroll institution which provide all the updates all the updates in the HR regulations and any changes in the regulation they will always provide us a dialog box and I always make sure that my company is in compliant with the HR laws and regulation by always reviewing the policies and making sure that our policies are in compliant with the legislation if there is any changes I always make an make the notes and update the policies and suspend some time with my leaders and make sure that we are in complied with with the labor laws and regulation I sometimes also talk to our legal advisor if needed and that's how I keep myself updated and compliant with the regulations
