Most days I have to pay close attention to the details on my work. Anytime that the errors made, it could affect the dealers loan funding or could affect affect our compliance issues, whether it be a policy or federal compliance. So in order to get a loan process as quickly as possible, it's very important that you review all your.Station make sure everything is done correctly before you hit that fund button. Once that's done, it's very difficult to correct and it needs to be resolved as quickly as possible if that is the case.

In order to prioritize my my deadlines every day, I try to prioritize my casts by age, starting with the oldest problems 1st and then working my way down to the easier ones. I understand that flexibility is crucial when dealing with deadlines, so I have a structured format that helps me adjust and makes changes as new priorities arise. Things they do to ensure accuracy when I'm processing the documents is I start by setting my priorities and goals for the day. That helps me stay organized and focus. And when I'm reviewing loan documents, I make it a point to step back and double check my work to ensure everything is accurate and that I'm not rushing through the process.For an example, there was a time when I almost missed a signature on a contract.By slowing down and reviewing and carefully reviewing the documents, I caught the mistake and was able to get that corrected before it became an issue with the funding, the funding and the dealer.Another instance is the dealership sent me a document that I initially thought was acceptable and upon reviewing it I realized that this is not something that we would be able to use. And again, I tried to reach out to the dealership or the Cup and the customer to see if I can get something that was more acceptable.I also use a checklist that is an internal system through one of our through CLO and that really has helped with me making sure that I've done the correct things but but I've also realized that just by taking my time.That's how I'm gonna be able to ensure that everything's accurate and ultimately ends up with a smooth and reliable service for the dealership.
