Candidate's Answer:Yeah sure so in my past experience of managing sales stem I did the internship and the company in which I have to handle a sales team so it's quite tough experience for me because it was my first time but as a team leader I manage all the things I understand the needs I listen properly to the team members and understand their needs and wants

How do you approach setting sales targets and motivating your team to achieve them?
Candidate's Answer:So my fast experience of the seal steam manage it's quite difficult but I will I manage very well when I was doing in when I was did internship my work is to say the bank sir banking services to the customers it was very like it was quit difficult for us as a team leader I have handle all the situations very easily I am motivated to my team members our work is to say the banks of business to the customers which have to small small retire shows and we have went on the road and sale of products so my team member and I have a target to tell the products to open the saving open the 35 to 47 accounts within one day of a person so we have sell we have open the saving accounts as I encourage my team members the problems we have face the problems of reduction but I motivate my team members and like engagement team members and it's very simple to complete my target
