Candidate's Answer:Provided comprehensive support to the Chief Medical Officer, where I managed schedules, Heavy Calander management, communications, travel arrangements, multiple calendars in different time zones, and last-minute changes (sometimes day of) and making sure things were up to date. with high professionalism and confidentiality.
-Calander and inbox management: With scheduling meetings, there can be a lot of back and forths between getting something on the calendar; ensuring that everything that is needed to have a successful meeting.
-Office Management: Implemented efficient office systems, optimized documentation processes, and managed various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. I also became a supervisor for 2-3 employees that were hired on from growth.

How do you prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment?
Candidate's Answer:Oh yes so with my role at collab health I managed a major region as my book of business on a daily basis there were deadlines with the Asian management system and the data that needs to be inputted prior to the start date of newer require returning clinicians not to mention i-9s and their 3-day deadlines so in addition my group frequently took on more business and startups so the startups whenever they were in progress took presidents over pre-existing priorities depending on their deadlines I like to effectively manage this and I had every task for the startups taking care of well before the deadline but generally I like to combine my strategies so firstly I always start by assessing the urgency and importance of each task I prioritize tasks that have strict deadlines or requiring mind media attention this helps me to stay on top of time sensitive matters and ensures that the critical tasks are addressed promptly secondly I like to break down larger projects or tasks into smaller manageable chunks by creating a clear outline or timeline for myself I can allocate proper time and resources accordingly tackling different aspects of the project and a systematic manner I'm so yeah
