Candidate's Answer:I'm Asavela Ntintili, I hold advanced and national Diploma in Civil Engineering. I'm in track of obtaining my postgraduate Diploma in Engineering Management. This education background provided me with foundation in engineering principles.
I'm interested in construction industry because it fascinates me to create something from raw potential that would be valuable and beneficial to the community. I am skilled in planning and organizing, data analytics, report writing, microsoft tools, engineering softwares such as AutoCAD, 3D civil designer, Prokon and BIM Revit.
I have a year of experience as student technician at Shar Civils during my in-service training, whereby my responsibilities included project administration, quantity surveying, site surveying, site supervision and health and safety compliance.
I am also passionate about community empowerment. I took initiative of youth development through religious background and involved in outreach program. I am thankful that Golden Rewards has vision for community empowerment.

Prokon: Structural analysis for project did during my national Diploma.
AutoCAD: designed floor plan for project during my national diploma.
BIM Revit: since recently obtained in August 2024 haven't yet had an opportunity to utilise it for a project.
