Can you discuss a time when you demonstrated strong leadership skills as a Band 6 nurse? How did you coordinate the team and ensure successful outcomes?

There was one day in particular I was in charge and the patient who I was looking after had really really thick Lines the blood flow was really poor and she had frequent alarms I noticed in her notes that these frequent alarms led to her Lions be in quarteredof and who are losing a significant of amount of blood however she was due to have nephrectomy soon because she was living with polycy kidney disease when I noticed that the machine started to alarm frequently I was very proactive and I went to the prescriber and I got a prescription written for torahlok I explained to how that I needed to have the Torah look dwell in her lines for half an hour and then we would recommend treatment so I disconnected I return her blood disconnected I from the line and put the total lock in and dwelling and this basically loosened up the floor of blood on her lines after the total of was left for half an hour I appreciated to aspirated and connect her back to the machine again the rest of the dialysis session was very smooth no interruptions no frequent alarms I updated the rest of the team we got in this and set it probably will be wise for heart to have to look done on every on the next session before being connected to the machine so that to ensure a smooth dialysis session it was all agreed and documented and she written
