One particular instance was during a peak holiday season when I was tasked with assisting guest check-ins at the front desk, coordinating room readiness with housekeeping, and managing guest inquiries for dinner reservations.
To prioritize, I first identified the tasks that were time-sensitive, such as ensuring guests had a smooth check-in process. I communicated with the housekeeping team to prioritize room preparation for incoming guests and used downtime between check-ins to respond to dining inquiries.
