My project is about Experimental Analysis of FDM processed PLA and rice husk polymer composite where we implemented 3d printing technology as it is more evolving now. The challenges I was faced during my project is I was working as a team leader and my work is to assign the tasks to my team members and ensuring that team members had completed their given assignments to meet the project deadline. I assigned tasks to them but they didnt do their work as expected. I tried adressing the issue many times but they dint lead to a resolution so i then escalated the issue to our guide explaining the situation and seeking for the help to resolve the problem.
