My previous position included ensuring quality standards and Boeing's best practice and all aspects of the job as a hpwo team lead it was my responsibility to ensure that my team was performing at the highest standard that being said it is important for me to help Ensure that we are following processes and policies quality is important in my previous role because it impacts not only the business but the customer and their safety I can recall a tool that consistently had lasers where we would lay the carbon fiber up to incorrectly scribed into the tool NDT let us know that they would no longer accept the finished product if the lasers were not aligned with the Scribe not only is this a quality issue it is an issue as a team and resolving the lasers would ensure there would be first time Quality Parts
