I'm with Caterpillar almost 20 years and 2 occasions have worked on key account manager role where do not have formal designations but the role exactly matches with key account manager. 1st is at Victoria,Tx to support the VPPA activities I was onsite co-coordinator and had team of 5-6 planners supporting from EDC-i, the foundational work and relationship I have built helped teams to have more than decade long support the Victoria plant with new technology, proper set up and support for flawless assembly and meet the quality standards. 2nd role was with PSLD as Packaging Engineer to support green filed plant at Perkins India. This was end to end support and secured 500K investment which delivered 3 Millions+ saving to the enterprise.

For example any leisure resort in remote low temperature location will require not only reliable prime power supply but might be looking for CHP solution so that they can optimize their investment and serve their customers better, in this case we need as expert offering integrated service we need to provide prime power solution with CHP, back power with multi fuel option which runes of diesel, gases etc
