Hi, my name is Jess. Uh, I don't have any uh virtual assistants um experience.But I have an analyst role way back. Uh 2000.17 to 2020.So it's two years.So I've been doing UM benefits analyzation ANS using benefits UH inventory tool with the benefit surveys from different countries and different companies all over the world.And basically I also do data entry typing in Power BI and XLS well. I'm also available in Doing Outlooks since I'm.Sending documents and legal actions to every department and to my managers as well and.They are preparing UM reports at the same time I'm also.Umm.Organizing meetings with the rest of my colleagues.In the Benefits Inventory team, that's a daily every morning.And after that, uh, we made sure that at the end of the day, all the agendas we did from the meeting will be accomplished before we.Uh, log out from our systems and finish the day.

Maybe because that's part of being an assistant.And I can do that also, especially for e-mail preparations and organizations of meetings.I'm also a former marketing officer in admin officer on a record label account for.For music, Christian music. So all of my day-to-day UH tasks revolves around preparing meetings with the artists, including the composers, the singers, the musicians.And also doing some marketing strategies online and in advertisement and in entertainment industry.To make sure that we maximize or or we will be able to reach out on many viewers for our contents and at the same time make sales from that.
