They were.Commissions separately by health commissioners and also social care commissioners and had been commissioned in a piece meal fashion, and what this had led to was a very confused operating space for all of them are disjointed.Offer and undoubtedly large scale inefficiencies with lots of room for productivity improvements. What I set out as a vision in terms of a strategic ambition was to bring them all together. So we talked about aligning them.We said what we wanted to do first of all was to bring them together so that they operated as one. So from the perspective of the person receiving the service it would feel like 1 organisation. The for the people working in the service it would feel like they were working for one organization.Even though their pay slips may come from different organisations and for the system partners who were referring into those services, it would feel like 1 organisation.
