Can you walk me through a recent project you managed from start to finish?

Candidate's Answer:

One of the recent projects and major projects I managed.During my career at Nalco was a chemical feed building installed. It started off as more of a consulting to our engineering firm or our engineering group. Sorry.Um, with sizing the pumps and getting.Getting everything needed for them to design it and then going back to our customer and saying this is how it should be run. This is this is what we need to do. However, we ran into some problems, some difficulties with people leaving and late deliveries and.Supply chain issues. So when the building finally got on site, we kind of didn't have the oversight from our engineering group and I had to take over and kind of manage that project.I coordinated with some technical aspects, some contractors along with the station to integrate all the feed systems into the current DCS system.Or ovation at the at the facility and then I commissioned these each individual feed skid made sure that everything worked as designed. And we?From there went on to test each system using the DCS for control, and then I monitored the systems for the next several weeks to make sure we didn't have any problems.

Your answer demonstrates a structured approach to managing project timelines and budgets, which is good.
