Can you describe your experience with developing fundraising strategies?

Thank you for the questions, actually during my experience there are four strategies I would like to share with you for developing fundraising. so the first strategy is identify our institutions core value and competence as well as our service research and Design directions.
The second strategy I would like to share is to research our donor Market so we need to analyze the industrial trends charity reports to identify the corporations, were high net worth individuals, different funds as potential donors.
the third strategy I would like to say is great communication and fully understand your donors goals and interest, and then try to align your Institutes missions and goals with them. in specific, I use targeted proposals, tailored all my presentations, ask more open-ended questions to let donors share more about their opinions.
the last strategy I probably need to highlight is to do follow up meetings and maintain the relationship by frequent communication and sincere our greeting greetings greetings, and try to give the great impact that the donors make.
