2. Challenge Identification: You mentioned the lack of documentation as a significant challenge. This is a crucial element, as it sets the stage for the need for collaboration.
3. Actions Taken: You described how you engaged with team members to gather information and create documentation collaboratively. However, your response could be clearer by explicitly stating how you approached these interactions (e.g., through meetings or informal discussions) and what specific actions you took to facilitate this collaboration.
4. Outcome: While you mention starting to use Confluence to centralize documentation, providing a specific outcome or improvement as a result of this collaboration would strengthen your answer. For example, you could discuss how this initiative improved the team’s efficiency or the quality of the products.
5. Structure and Clarity: The flow of your response could be improved with clearer transitions and summaries. Breaking your answer into distinct parts (Situation, Challenge, Actions, Outcome) will make it easier for the interviewer to follow your narrative.
Overall, while your answer demonstrates relevant experience, it lacks polish and specificity in some areas.
