Yes, my training department and I created a learning deck on Yardies new feature and vendor cafe that would organize vendors for easier access for the end users and the site managers.We ensured to add a step by step deck with directions and screenshots as well as graphics and bold and letters to show them where to go and what each button meant.Um, to make the training more intuitive.

So we did an interactive webinar with live sessions, a step by step video tutorial, and user guides and FAQ's.We also did engaging content, so we created content engaging relatable content using real world.
