AI Evaluation:

Your answer provides a basic introduction about yourself, but it lacks clarity, structure, and relevance to the human resources field. Here's a breakdown of your response:

1. Clarity and Structure: Your introduction jumps between personal details (age, hobbies) and professional experiences without clear transitions. This can make it hard for the listener to follow.

2. Relevance to HR: While you describe your experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) role, which is helpful, you do not clearly connect how this experience relates to human resources. In HR, skills such as communication, problem-solving, and an understanding of employee relations are crucial.

3. Professionalism: Using "hello hello hi" and referring to yourself as "ma" is overly casual for an interview setting. It’s important to maintain a level of professionalism.

4. Completeness: You should mention any specific HR-related experiences or education if applicable. If your BPO experience included handling HR functions (e.g., recruitment, training, conflict resolution), those details would enhance your answer.

To improve your response, consider the following structure:

- Start with your name and a brief professional tagline (e.g., "I have a background in customer service with a growing interest in human resources").
- Summarize your relevant experience, focusing on skills that apply to HR (e.g., communication, conflict resolution).
- Mention any HR-related education or certifications if applicable.
- Conclude with a statement about your passion for HR and what you hope to bring to the role.

Your revised answer might look something like this:

"Hello, my name is Mark Christian Manalo and Javier, and I have a background in customer service from my time working at a BPO company. During my two years as a sales representative, I honed my communication skills and learned how to effectively manage customer relations, which I believe are critical in human resources. I'm particularly interested in how I can contribute to employee satisfaction and organizational culture. I’m excited about the prospect of applying my skills in a human resources role."

Rating: 2/5. Your answer has potential but requires more structure and relevance to HR.
