So one of the first thing that I would do is you know maintain my network I would reach out to my Global compensation groups in case they are any situation or any questions that I would need for the clarity on 2nd I am a big fan of HBR magazines where they talk about the latest trends and how it is how the compensation trains are affecting the culture of the organisation shaving the industry well specially in the postcode of the postpaid so that's the second thing about how I in corporate the best tense and practices in my work by sting up to date and collecting as much as information from always in India
