I have used a platform called Paycom which is similar to work day management and does all of the same concepts.As a controlled all of our HR.Areas and financial aspects such as payroll.We use that as our main human resources platform at my previous company.We also used it to be able to.Track candidate applications, open new requisitions for positions opening. Also to be able to run background checks and implement any further testing for candidates to do.For our talent acquisition team.

Some strategies I would implement to improve the tracking of attendance would be.Using more technological advancements.For attendance, such as a QR code that employees could scan to clock in and clock out.As my old company used kiosks with swipe cards.Slash ID cards.To clock in and clock out as it did take time to clock in 600 employees, the QR code would be able to do it on their phone.Right before their shift started. Also did not rely on them to have their ID.To.Clock in also for mass enrollment for trainings.Being able to do a lot of their on boarding paperwork ahead of time online.Through the HRIS system.Will save time for onboarding training also.Being able to see the real time data of.How much of their on boarding paperwork is done or how much of the attendance is being calculated and seeing when employees are able to clock in or if they are late?
