Can you describe a successful project you managed from start to finish and the specific project management methodologies you applied?

Okay so a specific project I managed from start to finish would be the launch of charcuterie of the charcoal reports at Goodwin's Organics so basically during the Valentine's season we decided we wanted to watch a campaign I'm promoting these new truck food reports that we were offering at Cleveland's Organics and my responsibility was to promote these truck food reports as a Valentine's gift or food that can entertain at a Valentine's party on all channels to do this we started out with the concept of the boards considering who would be our target audience and how we could engage our target audience we identified our target target audience as couples because we had we had two different versions of the typhoon report we have the couples tracking report and then we had like the party trackproof report and so our private audience was either a couples or individuals who want to post a small Valentine's party then I we worked on creating a messaging for the campaign and tagline and then I established some key performance indicators and benchmarks like how many charcoal rewards we wanted to sell was was one of them so that was more like return on vestment and then also just wanted to use this campaign to bring brand awareness and a product awareness and so basically what we what I did was I found out this campaign on manipulating it to each Channel and designating interns so I had two teams I had that were going to be working on this project I have the team that was focused on with Organics red ones and I have the team focus on Christmas Organics Riverside both stores were promoting the product and they had to create the collateral and digit and digital marketing assets for the campaign and I designated past to each individual and a sign deadlines and communicating with them back and forth to slack and team meetings ensuring that their projects were in line and aligned with our our campaign objectives and ensure that they completed each task and then everything was published on time and all the sales enablement materials were printed on time and the result was a very successful campaign we had more sales than we expected we reached a lot of viewers through our Instagram reels overall the same the campaign was very successful and I was happy with the adults and my boss the director marketing was off today

How do you prioritize task when managing multiple complex projects with deadly tight deadlines in both my previous roles at the windsorganics and micro Dental Laboratories I was responsible for managing many many complex projects with Tide and competing deadlines to do this I you I one of the techniques I've used to prioritize tasks was I use the Eisenhower Matrix to determine which task needed to be done now as opposed to cast it needed to be scheduled for later or don't delegated to teammates I also used the calendar in monday.com to keep side of all the deadlines input with buffers and enter and daily insured that ever had list of things that needed to be done on each day bye by each day and daily ensure that everyone was on track through on 101 meetings communicating via slack monday.com and just going back and forth and ensuring that everything was being completed on time and checking reviewing everything to ensure that it aligned with the each project objectives and that helped me to keep all the projects on past that also used the Microsoft calendar to keep meetings on and to keep focused on the meetings and was able to ensure that everything was completed on time and was completed successfully and the results of all the projects were high quality and and were successful

What strategies do you employ to build and maintain relationships with clients particularly those in low and mid-level management so although I have no experience with clients in the marketing round I do have experience with clients at the at the law firm when I worked at Guild Law Firm a block practice focused on accident bankruptcy cases and family law and in that role it was very important to keep maintain healthy strong relationships with the clients so just for regular clients we had a schedule that I had initiated that I would follow up with the clients on a regular basis to ensure that they didn't have any concerns and would an update them on various elements of their case throughout the process of the case there were other clients that it is the class Express concern or seemed unhappy with the with the paste the case then I would move them to another list where I would have one on one calls with some more frequently and update them more frequently of how the price was progressing similarly at micro Dental Laboratories I was creating relationships with external partners with the aim of collaborating with them to create events specifically educational events so to do that I would add them to the calendar have reminders as to when to reach out to them and follow up with them on emails to ensure that we didn't lose contact on that I was there are relationships were growing and developing and that worked very well
