Candidate's Answer:If the winter candidates we thought to enhance friend presents within retail locations by creating Point of Sales materials the aligned with our mission of promoting organic healthy and sustainable products my task was my responsibility was to manage the development of a lot of POS elements that would effectively communicate Our Brands values and engage customers in store this involved ensuring that hpos peace from shelf signs to promotional displays for flipped their unique brand identity and appeal to the target market working closely with the marketing team I directed and help design POS and displays and emphasize good ones all organic and healthy products I also coordinated with store managers to secure optimal placement of these displays in the high traffic areas ensuring visibility and alignment with the seasonal promotions by gathering feedback and reviewing and store observations we fine tune the messaging and visuals the better resonate with our audience as a result this approach and force Goodwin's friend present in stores and communicated our commitment to Quality and sustainability to Shoppers although that we didn't have specific metrics we observed and increased and positive feedback from store staff and customers regarding brand visibility and messaging appeals materials
