Candidate's Answer:

So in my previous role I worked as a sponsorship intern at a sports management company called Sports Paddock, but after my first two months there they pivoted my role to sales and operation, also did a little work on social media. Since this company was a startup I had to do a little bit of everything. I also handled the operations of Season 2 of TAL Basketball, including Matchday operations, social media. Before this company I worked in an agency which was also a startup called Vilay Sports, where we had to find sponsors for events like the bilateral Indian cricket series, IPL and my last project there was to find sponsors for the pkl team Bengaluru Bulls.
