Can you describe your experience with planning and executing trade shows or industry events?

I have experience with with planning and the execution of trade shows and Industry events at micro Dental Laboratories at my credential Laboratories we were involved in a lot of events so we planned for 8 large-scale events with one of the most notable ones being the Pacific Dental conference in Vancouver which had over 14,800 participants so for this event we planned for two exhibits one exhibit was for our micro Dental brand and then the other zip it was for other brand the Modern Dental so I was involved in generating ideas for the booths and also providing feedback to the design team and approving designs for like the banners the backdrops and the light boxes and just the whole setup of the of the exhibit I was also involved in planning for promotional gifts and items on the table that we I'm available at the event I will and then I was also involved in smaller events which were our educational events and we had we planned about 75 to 80 events for each brand and I was involved in setting up and participating in meetings with key opinion leaders and leaders from other collaborating companies that would be involved in the events and then I also participated in the Fresno Butera Dental Society conference and this was up educational event where I it was worked with one of the sales reps to man a table and we I basically connected with the with the guests that the event and provided them with information and promotional gifts and collected contact information for leads

To develop a marketing campaign surrounding a key industry event it would be very important to understand the event and its audience so I would do research to understand the purpose of the event and the goals of the event and who will be at the event next I would Define the clear goals and objectives of the campaign on what and then I would create a compelling message that for the campaign then I would at the same time I would take advantage of co-branding opportunities and then I would develop based on that that message I would develop an integrated marketing campaign that goes across all channels then I would launch a teaser campaign to get people interested and then I plan for an interactive Booth experience where we demoed a new product and fall in the event I would there would be lead nurturing and there would be social post recapping what happened at the event and we'd also track performance and get feedback on how the event could have been improved

Ensuring that brand materials adhere to Brand guidelines is very important at both micro dental and good once Organics we have Brandon and I made sure to read the brand guides and carefully and make sure I understand stood all the elements of the brand guidelines then I created a checklist to use whenever new content and marketing materials were created and you and was very detailed oriented in my assessment of any material that marketing material that I created and that my team created ensuring that that they always complied with Brian guidelines
