Can you share your experience in managing large accounts and how you developed those relationships?
Candidate's Answer:Yeah so although I haven't really dealt with you know too many commercial accounts I have worked with a lot of residential inbounds as well as you know a few commercial non-national accounts since I've been here and yeah it really starts with just you know finding out what what they need what are you what are they using them for you know typically with those ones report comes from you know helping them in their situation you know I had a lot of customers who would need us just for storage right and a lot of the time with these commercial accounts they don't necessarily have a ton of notice when they're going to need something so you know putting priority on it when I'm you know communicating with the yards and operations just you know trying to make it a priority of trying to make things work for these guys we'll still setting you know realistic expectations for them I found that you know prioritizing them and consistently being available for them we were able to do a lot of business and they would you know keep coming back because we had a relationship and you know you know people work with people they like and if you know we have a positive relationship and you know we deliver on our commitments they're going to come back time and time again
