Situation- A leading travel e-commerce website was unable to keep up with the competition with their superior and clever selling options like slots, passenger configurations, etc.
Task- Build a product offering that would solve for the loopholes that the competition was exploiting to bring in more traffic and thereby conversion.
Action- Created a MVP for a Flywheel system that would crawl the web real time for the pricing and the slot details available with a competition using masked credentials for accessing their website, to simulate a real customer looking for the pricing. Used CIRCLES METHOD to create the product task plan-
