Candidate's Answer:

My coaching philosophy is that to make and winning team take the little thing to be right for the big thing can fit into place, would always want my students to working and make themselves better than they first came in, i would like to have an bright attitude when working and would always like to improve each year. This influence my approach by getting the kids ready and comfortable in what there doing and allows us to not push them to there limits.

An example is when i try teaching the freshman on how the drills is done they say they understand it but they really dont and run through the drill all wrong, the steps i took to help them was slow down, know whats your next move is , and always have an back up plan when you do something wrong
