Hello hi thank you for giving this opportunity I have total four plus years of experience that is mainly in recruitment I handle sourcing and onboarding till onboarding I handle full cycle recruitment starting from sourcing used different types of sorting tools like LinkedIn indeed another Niche boards I have used and I use different eyes of bully answers to find exact candidates and after the sourcing I have done technical interviews and culture repeat interview so already I have done yeah all these things I have done in Full Circle recruitment then the thing start from her own body in the onboarding part I have done orientation calls and it reducing the new member to the team with the introducing our systems after all these things I have handled yeah apart from the sourcing and don't worry I have done HR operations also
