In employment Services, sorry business building system performance, I was in the business services team and I was required to do run the business planning process for building system performance.And the actions I took to undertake business planning were I developed a template.And I drafted a project plan for the project.And a memo to our the Building System Performance leadership team.Then I met with the relevant managers to go through the templates and answer any questions they had about filling out the template. I then sent out the templates to the managers to populate.Over the period of developing the.Business plans I had check insurance with the managers.To see whether they were having any issues with developing the plans.I also bring it up as an item for the leadership team meetings.

This was done via the business planning process.I undertook.We went through like a.Uh prioritization process As part of developing the business plan plans, I ran workshops with the leadership team to prioritize the different strategic initiatives.The outcome of this was that the business plans were developed and the strategic initiatives were prioritized.And funding was aligned with those strategic initiatives.
