Can you walk us through your process for gathering requirements from stakeholders?

Hi Melinda I'm glad to see you again and thank you for considering my profile for this project I found this I'm always had a passion for connecting with people and I found that very useful when I move to the management role I was able to utilize these key skills in my new business development client relationship development and meeting my Target under pressure overall I have spent eight years in business analyst role and my most relevant and recent position is as a business analyst with Aviva insurance I really enjoy what I do there for example one to one with stakeholders for requirementsicitation and documentation working with walking closely with the stakeholders in order to identify the pain points also working with scrum team in scrum ceremonies that includes a Sprint planning daily stand up call Sprint review and Sprint retrospective these are very essential for collaboration transparency and effective communication with the team also I challenge the daily hurdles keeping my team motivated and coaching them how to handle if any problem arise the main part of the business analyst is also documenting the current landscape and the future landscape which is as is process and to be process also we are showcasing those presenting these the flow or process flow diagram with Visio however I'm looking forward to in my career to the next level to take a new project and challenges and add my value based on my previous experiences I attracted to Nova Scotia Power because I noticed your value includes passion and accountability which matches with my personal ethos along with your impressive growth over the couple of years thank you
