Candidate's Answer:Considering key components of successful enabling program I would say to keep a track of how successfully sales team adopting the tools how much time it takes for them how much is a process is clear for them and if there any issues visits that they will need to get more explanation on set part and time frames how much it takes for them to to get a success rate on delete conversion and later on converted into the successful order and gets revenue from the team so we can see what parts we are missing to you what we can improve and where we can adjust all of our plans and goals
