Can you tell us about your experience in managing technology programs?
Candidate's Answer:At grooming Foundation I was at technology program manager it means that I work with our partner microfinance institutions and help them with their technology needs so for example we have two clients or two partners and they were having troubles completing their implementation system implementation so I work with them to prioritize to understand what the situation is and then basically they were trying to figure out there were kind of stocking system testing and so we prioritize the needs work with the vendors and eventually got the project to complete that's one another is that I also have for example some program like we need to increase savings and one of the components is the have the technology to be able to increase savings so we needed to incorporate technology in the whole program and then I managed to Consultants that are doing our implementing the technology and do different partners and there's also one that we're stuck on data migration so I also work with them to figure it out and there were others that I have to do the business requirements understand business requirements for them and so that we could find a bender that could implement the system

How do you approach strategic thinking in your role as a program technology manager?
Candidate's Answer:To approaches to digit thinking I always come in a project and always start with what is the objective is this what is clearly defining the objectives of the project and terrifying that with the stakeholders making sure that the majority stake that all of the major stakeholders agree on the interpretation of the objectives and we said some key metrics to say to Define when what would indicate that we have a cheap objectives and from there we redefine the program what are the plans or what their adaptivities that would lead to this objective and then we start planning and executing
