So basically mean my previous roll I used to communicate with customer basically whatever the data I received from the company to make earring and based on theory I try to communicate to customer first I need to understand what exactly requirement because you can't directly communicate what our target no worri communicate with the customer so we need to understand the requirement and how we can try to full fill the requirement because one customer understood ok this is the requirement of my life is going to solve there only I am try to convince the customer and then I'll communicate requirement is going to full filled from the company the cycle on the cell cycle and judgement so that continuous engagement is going to help me to create the further up selling or cross selling

Now talking about the building relation with a client building with relationship with client is not only directly communicate with Sims target first unit to understand what is the customers requirement because customer requirement is a something like you know like client needs or customer needs unit to understand so engaging the customer conversation but exactly been point of the customer that is the first thing to understand what about the product to be directly touch with our product is not going to help me to creating the relationship I am in yourself
